Prerequisites

To get the most of this course, the student must meet the following criteria:

• Know his computer well.

• Have his technical analysis software (or buy MetaStock*).
• Have a good Internet connection.
• Have a fax machine or access to one, a printing calculator and office supplies.
• Be willing to commit to daily study.
• Have a minimal capital when ready to invest.

Learn how to use MetaStock:

• Indicators and Indicator Builder.
• Expert Advisors.
• System Tester.
• The Explorer.
• Easy Excel-spreadsheet-like programming for creating your own Indicators, Expert Advisors, System Testers and Explorations.

 Learn how to use the portfolio manager software:

• For free data collecting from around the world.
• Portfolio manager.
• Basic charting.

Upon successful completion

• The student will order his own discounted copy of MetaStock* End-of-Day or Pro version (* see below) together with Portfolio Manager software.
  Both programs will be registered to the student's name for free customer support and discounted upgrades privileges.
• The student will have an understanding of the two software programs.
• He/she will be able to apply basic theories suitable for intra-day trading (the so called “day trading” phenomenon), occasional trading (the so called “swing trading”, that is making 2-3 trades a week) or investing (longer term approach).
  
  Remember: time spent on looking for a job is better spent on starting your own business!
